M.S. Educational Leadership Admissions
Candidates for Malone’s online M.S. in Educational Leadership program must submit the following:
- Graduate application
- Copies of official undergraduate transcripts
- Two professional references
- Copy of teaching license
Prerequisite for Principal License
Valid Ohio Teaching License and two years of successful teaching at the age level for which the principal license is sought. A Specialist Examination (OAE) is required by the Ohio Department of Education for the License.

The M.S. in Educational Leadership costs $595 per credit hour.
Fees are as follows:
- $110 TK20 enrollment (one-time fee)
- $135 graduation fee
- Additional $100 per semester fee applies

These individuals may communicate school goals to educators, parents, and other stakeholders, establish academic and behavioral standards, ensure legal compliance, hire teachers, and be responsible for a host of other relevant tasks.
Instructional coordinators provide administrative support for educational organizations, such as schools and universities. They may be responsible for serving as liaisons between boards of directors, instructors, students, and other parties, training instructors and staff, coordinating teacher development, researching and reporting on curricula, and other related duties.
